ML and AWS Cloud Training Partnership
We will train you to be an expert in AI/ML/CV/Cloud through our four-dimensional training program.
Hands-on labs/assignments will be given to you through our training partner and assignments from our company when your capabilities are ready.
Review documents of how our Ph.D. students have developed our technologies and set up question and answer sessions to understand their rationale for why these are the best practices industry standards.
Working and review sessions of your code from our senior engineers to refine your abilities and help you grow as a developer through their one on one guidance.
We also have opportunities for you to grow in understanding our strategy and vision, how we acquire new clients, and persuade them to work with us. These skills are very applicable if you are to continue to work full time with us as well as to any technology company you may work for in the future.

Recruitment Focus
We are Instra.AI, a software company developing artificial intelligence for hospitals. Our primary recruitment focus is on graduate students and people with industry experience in software development or machine learning
Members of our team have received awesome internships and full-time interviews with top technology companies with no prior internship experience other than with our company
We have an accomplished team including a Neurosurgeon (with a Master's degree in AI), CS Ph.D/ Master's students with specialization in machine learning and industry software development experience
Additionally we have a Cyber-Security team, Front-End Design, Front-End Development, AWS Solutions Team, New products, and Business Development teams. This includes 30 Software Developers, 10 Business Developers, and 10 Design and User Testing Members
Through this experience, you could learn more about a lot of different aspects of developing an application that leverages artificial intelligence for hospitals from very experienced members of our team
What we are looking for:
People with a diverse skillset and high motivation to solve healthcare challenges through artificial intelligence.
Anything from nontechnical to technical positions is available.
Masters and Ph.D. candidates (or industry experience) to collaborate with our software development team.
Many backend software development positions are available such as machine learning, AWS, and other backend functions.
We want to make the work meaningful for you. This could just be a summer position or a longer-term position with our team (starting with 15 hours or more a week and then considering a full-time position sometime in the future).
