Our Story
We are an AI software company applying our expertise in cutting-edge cloud and computer vision technologies to drive optimization in medicine. We offer 100% remote part-time and full-time opportunities. We have offerings across our software development technology stack, frontend, backend, ML/AI/CV, cloud computing, etc. We also have design opportunities for graphic designers and people with a background in UI/UX user testing. Furthermore, we also have strategy consulting opportunities to work directly with our CEO on the vision of our company and our business development initiatives. We have a track record of training students with an interest in AI/ML/CV/Cloud technologies and exposing them to cutting-edge technologies and training programs that we have developed in-house as well as through some strategic training partnerships. We will expose you to technologies and strategies that leading academic Ph.D. and Master's students have used for their research
We have developed a unique collaborative environment here at Instra.AI where we bring together many diverse backgrounds in design, consulting, business development, neurosurgeons, hospital administration, and of course software developers to develop a valuable product and iterate quickly on new concepts. Business Development / Research / New Products Team
This team is full of management and strategy business developers lead directly by our CEO. This team provides the research around new innovations to explore and cost-benefit analysis needed to prioritize our AI use cases. Our ideas are then filtered for highest ROI and then requirements are sent to our UI/UX team to take the idea and run with it.
UI/UX Design and User Testing Team
Here our design team gathers the requirements from our research and input from our client to design something elegant and functional. The design is then reviewed by the UI/UX team, CEO, CTO, and front-end team for feedback. The design is also tested with users once it is at the high fidelity stage. Through this iterative design process, we make sure to have all the client specifications and requirements. After approval from the client, the design is sent to the front-end development team.
Front-end Development Team
Here the front-end development team takes the design from UI/UX and brings it to life. After initial development more user testing is conducted to optimize the layout of the application for the client specifications.
Machine Learning Team
The ML team is at the core of everything Instra.AI does, here data is synthesized from the data collection team and augmented through various cutting edge methodologies to allow for precise artificial intelligence that never fails.
AWS Team
What makes our AI highly scalable is the integration of cloud capabilities with our AI. Here our senior AWS solutions architect uses the client-specific requirements to optimize the best AWS architecture using the newest and greatest AWS services. After the architecture plan is developed this is handed off to the AWS junior team that has been highly trained to implement the solution with oversight from our Senior AWS architect.
Back-End Integration Team
Our back-end integration team ensures that all the proper APIs are set up, ML/AI/CV, and cloud computing technologies are optimally integrated to allow for very rapid computing speeds and low storage costs for our clients.
Cyber-Security Team
This ensures that all industry standards are met, ML models and other data are encrypted, and all security and compliance regulations are met
